The OU Impact Accelerator identifies and advances promising Jewish nonprofits. Through education, mentorship, and collaboration, we empower great leaders committed to strengthening our communal landscape in new ways.
Accelerator mentors give back to the community by leveraging their professional expertise for the benefit of new,
communal nonprofits. Our mentors advise and help push the organizations to have the greatest impact.
Lead Mentors work individually with a cohort venture. The lead mentors will meet every other week with the venture founder and help guide them along their own growth and through the Accelerator curriculum. This an opportunity to dive deep with a single organization by developing metrics, building out their business model, and being a general soundboard and partner in their organizational growth.
Industry Experts leverage their professional experience for the benefit of the Jewish community.
They are available on an ad-hoc basis to advise organizations based on their industry of experience.
